Stage1 performance turbocharger upgrade for the Ford 1.0 Ecoboost engine (2012-2019) capable of supporting up to 220bhp

Direct fit for staight forward installation

Specification

• Larger TT spec billet compressor wheel upgrade
• Larger TT designed turbine wheel upgrade
• Cpmpressor housing CNC re-profiled for upgraded compressor wheel
• Turbine housing CNC re-profiled for upgraded turbine wheel
• Shaft size increased for improved durability
• Larger TT designed journal bearings and bearing spacer to improve durability and accommodate larger shaft size
• TT designed 360 degree thrust bearing asssembly
• Seal plate modified for larger compressor wheel
• Core assembly balanced to high speed on Turbo Technics VSR balancing machine
• This unit is supplied with an oil drain gasket

There are 3 ways to purchase your new turbocharger

1. Outright Purchase
2. Exchange Basis (send turbo after) – You will pay the same as the outright purchase but when you return your old standard turbocharger we will refund £600 to your account)
3. Exchange Basis (send turbo before) – You will have to return your standard turbo to us before we send your hybrid out

Please Note, We have found recently some older turbo’s can have non visible small cracking within the housings which unfortunately makes them unusable, before the refunds for old units can be processed these need to be fully checked at Turbo Technics
