We are pleased to announce the launch of our specially developed Ford Fiesta MK7/7.5 ST180 Focus MK3 Zetec S 1.6 Ecoboost turbo waste gate actuator, offering improved mid range and top end boost control & performance.
For over 30 years Collins Performance has been manufacturing upgraded Actuators for use on the Sierra & Escort Cosworth engines.
This new design has been specifically developed & tested for use on the Ford Fiesta MK7/7.5 ST180 Focus MK3 Zetec S 1.6 Ecoboost with CP Software. However this product should also be suitable for use most other aftermarket software upgrade and alternative springs are available – Please check with your supplier for further information.
The actuator is manufactured from HE30 aluminium with a stainless steel bracket and features a 50 mm piston and a progressive spring for superior boost control. This product is available in Silver finish only.
We do 2 different rod lengths to suit different turbochargers,
Short Rod – Standard Type/Turbo Technics S280 which will fit the standard turbocharger and all hybrid turbochargers that the utilise the standard compressor housing (ie X47, CR Turbos and Peron turbochargers) and the Turbo Technics S280 Turbo
Long Rod – Turbo Technics Type S242, S270, S275 which will fit the Turbo Technics turbochargers with different compressor housings
